We define strategy as the plan through which you'll accomplish your current mission. To do so, we apply a comprehensive, cohesive, sequenced, and value-based approach to strategy mobilization, development, execution, and review. It is meant to help executives and strategy professionals develop and implement the right strategy for their companies with a focus on value discovery and delivery. It's an eclectic toolkit drawing on various models, tools, frameworks, and theories. Our toolkit also acknowledges the interdependence of various domains related to strategy development and deployment.
